Transcriptome Analysis of Vicia villosa in Response to Low Phosphorus Stress at Seedling Stage

چکیده

Vicia villosa, a high-quality green manure crop, helps to increase the content of soil phosphorus (P) by returning field. Soil P deprivation is severe constraint on crop productivity that triggers low stress response in plants, which controlled various transcriptional regulatory network pathways. Identifying key genes from these networks can help developing P-tolerant crops. In this study, we performed physiological observations and transcriptome sequencing seedlings two villosa varieties, Xu Shao 3 Soviet under starvation conditions. The results showed main root length, plant height, shoot dry weight, acid phosphatase activity, inorganic were significantly higher than those Based data analysis, 183 (shoot) + 144 (root) differential (DEGs) between varieties identified; 79 upregulated, 69 65 downregulated. KEGG analysis found DEGs shoots enriched photosynthesis pathways, such as vitamin B6 riboflavin metabolism. Meanwhile, roots signal transduction, fatty degradation, citric cycle, pentose, glucuronic conversion, etc. GO enrichment suggested biological processes, including cell stress, intracellular ion homeostasis, etc., molecular functions, phosphate ester hydrolase, phosphatase, Furthermore, associated with tolerance included three phosphatases, phosphoesterase, sulfoquinovosyl diacylglycerol synthase, phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase, six transporters glycerol-3-phosphate transporters, eight SPX, PHL genes. conclusion, exhibited stronger accumulation ability lesser effect growth conditions, might result photosynthesis, sugar, metabolism differences varieties. Acid transporter, SPX leading difference

Identification of soybean circular RNAs in response to low nitrogen and phosphorus stress

Soybean, one of the most important sources of edible oil and protein in the world, is exposed to various environmental biotic and abiotic stresses. These stresses can negatively impact the quality and quantity of soybean production. This study aimed to identify genes that express circular RNAs in response to low phosphorus and nitrogen stresses in soybean roots. Soybean seeds were grown under d...

mRNA-seq Analysis of the Gossypium arboreum transcriptome Reveals Tissue Selective Signaling in Response to Water Stress during Seedling Stage

The cotton diploid species, Gossypium arboreum, shows important properties of stress tolerance and good genetic stability. In this study, through mRNA-seq, we de novo assembled the unigenes of multiple samples with 3h H(2)O, NaCl, or PEG treatments in leaf, stem and root tissues and successfully obtained 123,579 transcripts of G. arboreum, 89,128 of which were with hits through BLAST against kn...
